Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Monitor, manage, and maintain warehouse status and storage conditions.
• Propose improvement plans to enhance warehouse efficiency (including space optimization, equipment upgrades, and safety in storage and operations)

Inventory Control & Stocktaking:

• Take full responsibility for conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team and other relevant departments to ensure all items are counted at least once per month.
• Review inventory data and investigate discrepancies (e.g., shortage or excess) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Goods Handling & Dispatch:

• Manage the packing, storage, and timely delivery of samples, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure a well-organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow.

Implementation of Systems & Standards:

• Support the development and implementation of systems, procedures, and standards that enable warehouse staff to achieve set goals and deliver good results.

Training & Staff Development:

• Train and guide warehouse staff and workers to perform their duties effectively.
• Support continuous learning and skill development within the warehouse team.

Cross-departmental Coordination:

Collaborate closely with departments such as Accounting, Procurement, and related Dept. to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely inventory management.
