What You'll Do

Create and lead TikTok marketing strategies tailored to each brand.
Manage TikTok Shop listings and daily operations.
Find and coordinate with creators and influencers (Vietnam & USA) for short-form content and video campaigns.
Run and optimize engaging TikTok campaigns (organic + ads).
Follow TikTok trends, track results, and improve performance.
Work closely with our data, branding, and management teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Who We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in TikTok marketing or working with influencers.
Prior experience crafting short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Familiar with TikTok Ads Manager and popular trends.
Organized, creative, and comfortable with basic data analysis.
Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
