    Mô tả công việc

    (1) BROAD SCOPE:

    Responsible for consistently contacting potential customers via non-face-to-face channels (phone, email, etc.) on a daily or monthly basis as per targets, to identify new logistics business opportunities and support their conversion into actual sales activities and contracts. This role plays a crucial part in the initial customer contact, identifying logistics decision-makers, introducing the company, capturing suitable business opportunities, and paving the way for field sales teams to conduct effective sales activities.

    (2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

    2.1 New Customer Acquisition via Telesales:

    • Consistently contact potential customers from assigned daily or monthly target lists via non-face-to-face channels such as phone and email.
    • Identify business opportunities related to the company's logistics services by understanding the logistics needs of companies across various industries.
    • Utilize effective scripts and questioning techniques to maximize call efficiency and gather key information from potential customers.
    • Accurately record and manage identified potential customer information.

    2.2 Identifying Customer Contacts and Company Introduction:

    • Identify the logistics decision-maker or relevant contact person within initially contacted companies.
    • Clearly and concisely introduce the strengths and differentiators of the company's logistics services to generate interest from potential customers.
    • Understand the specific logistics requirements of potential customers and present the potential for tailored solutions.

    2.3 Capturing Business Opportunities and Supporting Field Sales:

    • Identify and qualify specific logistics needs and business opportunities that have the potential to develop into substantial business.
    • Accurately record detailed information about identified business opportunities in the internal system and effectively communicate it to the field sales team.
    • Provide the necessary information and support to enable the field sales team to successfully conduct follow-up sales activities (e.g., customer information, summaries of initial discussions).
    • Analyze telesales activity results and contribute to improving effective customer acquisition and business opportunity capture strategies.

    2.4 Reporting and Data Management:

    • Accurately record and report daily/weekly/monthly telesales activity results (number of contact attempts, contact success rate with decision-makers, number of business opportunities identified, etc.).
    • Systematically manage customer information and sales activity history using the CRM system.
    • Analyze telesales activity data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to achieving team goals.

    2.4 Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with the field sales team and relevant departments to enhance synergy in new customer acquisition and business opportunity creation.
    • Share information and successful cases within the team to strengthen telesales capabilities.

    (3) REQUIREMENTS:

    (a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

    • No specific academic degree required (degree in Logistics or Sales-related field preferred).

    (b) EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 1 year of telesales experience (telesales experience in the logistics industry preferred).
    • Experience in new customer acquisition and business opportunity identification.

    (c) SKILLS

    • Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective listening and questioning skills.
    • Ability to clearly and concisely introduce the company and its services persuasively.
    • Positive and proactive attitude.
    • Strong drive to achieve targets and a sense of responsibility.
    • Basic computer proficiency (experience with MS Office and CRM systems preferred).
    • Fluency in English is essential
