Sales Out Staff

- Making plans for visiting customers.

- Getting new enquiries with basic information: Model, MP time, Q'ty, competitors.

- Finding information of new customers: By internet, relation, or introduction from currents customers.

- Contacting customers to make appointments: By phone call or email.

- Getting information about customer: Products, number of employees, sale amount, competitors, plan, new projects.

- Getting full information of MP time of approved quotation to take sales amount FC of new project.

- Checking pending quotation from sales admin, take action to get quotation approval and increase sales amount.

- Negotiating price, arising matter.

- Making monthly report and other job following Upper Manager's requirement

- Follow the others instruction from upper Manager.
