Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring manager to identify hiring needs and develop appropriate recruitment plans.
Experienced in using recruitment platforms and expanding candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for diverse positions.
Contribute to employer branding (EVP) initiatives, including content creation, visual assets, internal events, and communication campaigns.
Support the organization of onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Propose solutions to improve recruitment effectiveness and enhance the candidate experience.
