Coordinate all aspects of the project throughout the software development process to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and internal management on a regular basis.
Lead and facilitate feasibility studies and analysis with stakeholders to support emerging change initiatives and build strong business cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
Work closely with developers to validate requirements and ensure the solution meets customer needs and business goals.
Investigate, document, analyze, and confirm system requirements and business processes.
Negotiate and define acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
Produce high-quality and concise documentation, including requirements and design documents that can be clearly understood by internal or external developers.
Take ownership in creating User Requirement Specifications (URS), Software/System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Feature List documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Experience working with international clients is a plus.
