Work with your superior to:

Source and develop suppliers in Vietnam and beyond
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Manage procurement: negotiate, recommend best offers (quality, service, cost), handle samples
Oversee POs, secure shipping docs for customs
Collaborate with forwarders, QA, and Import teams to cut costs and ensure timely delivery
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Stay updated on import/export regulations (taxes, HS codes, ETC.)
Manage inventory for optimal stock levels
Calculate estimated costs of goods
Analyze and report KPIs
Communicate with operations and sales teams

Yêu cầu công việc

Vietnamese citizenship preferred
Bachelor’s in logistics, economy, foreign trade, or related field
3+ years in sourcing/purchasing
Strong grasp of supply chain: order/supplier management, quality, lead time
Fluent in English & Vietnamese; French a plus
Proficient in Excel; Misa systems and F&B experience a plus
Autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Skilled in analysis, forecasting, and negotiation
