Outlet Manager (Côn Đảo)

Overview

Manage restaurant and bar operations follow standards to bring effectively the superior products and services by creating the difference according to policies and procedures accepted by the hotel.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable service delivery.

- Develop and implement service standards, operational policies, and training programs to maintain high quality.

- Prepare staff rosters, monitor manpower efficiency, and provide leadership during peak hours or special events.

- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and other departments for menu planning, stock control, and seamless service.

- Monitor budget, control costs, and drive revenue growth through upselling and effective cost management.

- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints, exceeding guest expectations, and promoting brand culture.

- Conduct briefings, staff appraisals, and assist with recruitment, orientation, and continuous training.

- Oversee employee performance, discipline, grooming standards, and compliance with hotel policies.

- Forecast business demands, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records and reporting.

- Serve as a role model and actively participate in hotel- wide activities, meetings, and cross-functional duties when needed.
