Merchandising Supervisor/Leader

1. Project Management:
o Oversee merchandising projects from sourcing and product development through to production and shipment.
o Monitor timelines and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
o Maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
3. Team Supervision:
o Lead and supervise the merchandising team to ensure accurate execution of orders and effective communication across departments.
4. Production Support:
o Collaborate with relevant departments and vendors to solve production issues and maintain smooth manufacturing flow.
5. Factory Management:
o Supervise factories throughout the order process to ensure quality and timeline commitments are met.
6. Sourcing & Negotiation:
o Source suitable materials/suppliers and negotiate competitive prices, deals, and terms.
o Evaluate supplier performance and ensure alignment with company standards.
