Mô tả công việc

Assist supervisors in managing and maintaining both rotating and static mechanical equipment.
Support departmental and company plans to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Perform installation, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment (rotating & static) following safety, technical, and environmental standards.
Collect data, propose spare parts, and ensure maintenance records are updated.
Support installation, modification, and testing of mechanical systems for improvements and capacity expansion.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure quality and efficient execution.
Promote and supervise safe work practices. Inspect tools and machines, investigate incidents, provide safety guidance to team members, and participate in safety programs.
Follow company policies and legal requirements on safety, environment, and energy management. Participate in productivity improvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical / Petroleum Equipment

• 1–4 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Mechanical Inspection

• English Communication

Base salary + transportation & accommodation allowance (Company shuttle service available with pick-up points in Phú Mỹ, Vũng Tàu, and Long Sơn – within 25 km from the plant)
100% full salary during the 2-month probation period
On-site canteen provided for employees during working shifts
13th-month salary (Applicable even during probation and for employees who have worked more than 3 months)
Annual salary review every Q1
Based on performance appraisal (KPI) from the previous year
Social insurance contributions paid on 100% of base salary
Full coverage of Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), Unemployment Insurance (UI), and Private Health Insurance (PHI)
