Paperwork Process (80%)

Paperwork preparation & delivery (stamp/address writing) as marketing requirement.
Paperwork (Copy/Notarized) with Legal.
Promotional license registration with agencies.
Consolidate and follow up payables of weekly cash flow.
Working with partners/agencies: contracts, liquidation, invoices, delivery records, red invoice delivery & payment date management with partners.
Travel requests & Payment, Taxi fee reports.
Develop and maintain relationships with other stakeholders and departments to smoothly proceed with related documents.

Branding & Trade Marketing Activities (20%)

Work with Marketing Executive for communications and execution of new launches, promotions internally and externally.

Majoring in Marketing /Ecommerce/Business Administration is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office
Own a personal laptop.
Good command of English.
Attention to detail to ensure delivering the precise information.
Be on time.
Available for urgent requests.
Willing to travel to outside of organizations for work, deliveries and networking.
