Legal Intern

Roles & Objectives

• Assist in drafting and organizing documents, contracts, and internal policies, as assigned by Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel

• Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters, such as involving in the third party due diligence process

• Support the team in monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as assigned by Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel

• Assist in maintaining corporate records, compliance documentation and files

• Assist in preparation of training materials for compliance programs and training

• Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance teams as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure completion of compliance activities

• Other tasks as assigned by Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel

Who We’re Looking For

• Full-time availability from July to December 2025 is preferred

• Senior undergraduate or freshly graduated student majoring in Law, with overall GPA >3.0

• Prior experience or internship in legal or compliance roles is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Infographic and good writing skills to support the effective communication plan of compliance awareness

• Proactive, autonomous and with strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English
