IT Recruiter Cum Admin

I. RECRUITMENT
• Search for and attract IT candidates through various recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, website, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess basic professional competencies.
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and working conditions with selected candidates.
• Collaborate with departments to understand hiring needs and ensure the right person is hired for the right position.
• Manage and update candidate data on the system.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them integrate quickly.
• Build the recruitment brand, organize events, and connect with the IT community.
• Report weekly recruitment progress and propose improvement solutions.
II. ADMIN
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Manage and process employees' work-related documents.
• Manage internal and client devices.
• Manage the office monthly budget.
• Purchase items for the company (internal devices, project devices, office supplies, etc.).
• Handle payment procedures and payment requests.
