1. General Duties
a. Drive end-user satisfaction by receiving, managing, prioritizing, escalating, closing and communicating about tickets from colleagues and vendors.
Ensure a swift and efficient resolution of issues by proficiently and consistently resolving issues for all supported solutions and quickly assigning/escalating more complex issues to product teams.
Provide high quality self-service channels or resources by e.g., authoring, editing and publishing knowledgebase content.
Work towards a culture of self service, automation and waste reduction.
Asset management, including maintenance of computer and mobile inventory, printers and other hardware items.
Support in infrastructure project at respective office/factory.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, notebooks, file servers, network cabling, software (commercial and in-house applications) and peripheral equipment such as printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
Development and maintenance of department procedures and reference documentation. Prepare and update system configuration documents. All technical documents must be written in English.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Hardware troubleshooting: Understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
• Networking basics: Understanding of fundamental networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi to assist with network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux. Familiarity with different operating systems such as Windows and macOS including installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of common security threats, such as malware and phishing, and knowledge of basic security practices to protect systems and data.
• Knowledge of O365 and its components.
• Have knowledge of ITIL, ITSM and ISMS.
• Have ability to work under high pressure environment. Ability to proactively identify problems/ circumvent roadblocks to deliver solutions on time.
• Have good communication & presentation skill, good problem-solving skill.
