JOB PURPOSE

The IQC Technician is responsible to check incoming material following to procedure, drawing and/or visual inspection criteria

RESPONSIBILITIES AND POWERS

Perform inspection of incoming material following to procedure, drawing and visual inspection criteria.
Perform transactions of material in the ERP system.
Quarantine and labeling non-conformance material for further disposition.
Report to superior if any abnormalities found.
Record all of findings during the audit, inspection, and report to the superior.
Quarantine and labeling the non-conformance products for further disposition.
Perform troubleshooting for product quality issues

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

Intermediate degree or high school with at least 1 year experience in QC.

Experience

At least one year working in manufacturing of above areas at QA/QC

Knowledge

Using ERP system to do transactions of material lot.

Able to read technical drawings.

Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, feeler gauge, micrometer, block gauge, height.... gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,)

Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirements strictly
