The Human Resources Supervisor plays a key role in supervising and overseeing all aspects of the HR function at Hotel Academy Vietnam.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Recruitment, and Administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits Administration
Supervise C&B system, including salary structure, employee benefits, incentives, and allowances.
Ensure salary and benefits policies are competitive and aligned with Hotel Academy Vietnam operations (Phu quoc and Saigon campus)
Support salary benchmarking and participate in annual salary review and budgeting exercises.
2. Payroll Calculation
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time (Phu quoc and Saigon)
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor regulations, tax, and insurance requirements.
Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
3. Social Insurance, PIT & Labor Compliance
Manage social/health/unemployment insurance processes: registration, adjustment, and reconciliation.
Ensure accurate PIT declarations, annual finalization, and compliance with local tax laws.
Keep updated with changes in labor laws and ensure company practices comply.
4. HR Data & Reporting
Maintain and update HRIS with employee data related to compensation, attendance, and benefits.
Generate periodic C&B reports and analytics for internal use and audits.
Support headcount and workforce cost reporting.
Prepare Monthly Summary Payroll report to HR Manager
5. Employee Services & Support
Handle C&B inquiries with clarity and confidentiality.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes regarding compensation and final settlements.
Provide input to improve employee satisfaction through better benefit offerings.
Other duties assigned by HR Managers
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in C&B, preferably in hospitality, education, or service sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, insurance, and payroll regulations.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Hospitality mindset, positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
