HR Executive (Senior)

Engagement (65%):
• Make plan and execute internal events: year end party, sport activities, company events...
• Suggest and conduct employee motivation and retention programs, do employee survey, conduct regular employees’ opinion, exit interview…

L&D (25%):
• Review relevant policies or processes related to training and propose changes for improvement
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through company strategy and consultation with HODs
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness
• Manage training document follow company training procedures
• Conduct training programs: design program & document, organize training
• Plan training courses, manage, monitor the assigned training budget and make all training reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in problem-solving and confident in public speaking
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Proficient in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint)
• Solid knowledge and experience in the HR field
Others (10%):
• Organization & HR policies/ processes/guidelines
• Update Organizational chart and Job Descriptions
• Implement the recruitment of the company according to the request of Manager
• Internal communication
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
