We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to building cross-platform mobile applications. In this role, you will:

Develop mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
Design application architecture and develop high-performance, scalable modules and features.
Collaborate with team members to propose technical solutions and deliver functional mobile apps.
Integrate third-party SDKs and ensure smooth user experiences through optimized performance and animations.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and contribute to technical documentation.
Work closely under the guidance of team leads and coordinate with other departments to evaluate feature requirements.
Provide regular progress updates and participate in product development discussions.
Actively contribute to building a strong product and development culture within the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

2+ years of experience in Flutter development, preferably with a background in native Android/iOS development.
Proven experience in publishing apps to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and implementation, including animation handling.
Experience developing custom plugins, packages, or modules in Flutter.
Familiar with integrating third-party SDKs into mobile apps.
Proficiency in tools such as Chopper, Dio, Retrofit, and Go Router is a plus.
Comfortable using Flutter’s asset management system (fonts, colors, text, ETC.).
Experience with Git for version control; familiarity with CI/CD is an advantage.
Ability to optimize application performance and solve complex technical challenges.

Strong teamwork, communication, and requirement analysis skills.
