Engineering Supervisor (Giám Sát Kỹ Thuật)

• Mục đích/ Job purpose:

- Ensure machines & utilities operate stably & effectively

- Supervise overall & monitor the maintenance schedules.

- Monitor the performance and development of engineering team & control the budget

• Trách nhiệm & Hoạt động chính/ Principal accountabilities & Key activities:

- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness of all machines.

- Ensure all machinery is regularly checked, kept in good condition, and operates at optimal performance to prevent unforeseen breakdowns.

- Ensure the preventive maintenance schedule (PM) is followed consistently—daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

- Ensure safe operations across the site.

- Minimize machine downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

- Manage machine maintenance and factory spare parts/equipment with optimal inventory levels.

- Prepare reports on machine breakdowns, maintenance activities, and factory-related issues.

- Develop team capabilities through ongoing training and coaching.
