1. Account Development:
− Aquire new local KA (HORECA channel)
− Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to execuse in outlet activities
− Manage distribution & availability
− Update information of customers
2. Order generation:
− Achieved Sales target
− Monitor volume growth
− Resolve customer complaints
3. Instore execution & Asset Management:
− Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS
− Manange & align on contract & activatio plan
− Manage & align company's assets complinace in the outlet execution plan
4. People development:
− Recruite & select sales staff
− Train & coach staff
− Maintain staff discipline

− Intermediate Certificate/ Associate Degree/ University/ Bachelor’s degree
− At least 3 years experience in FMCG
− Planning & problem solving skill; Interpersonal skill
− Basic computer skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
− Result- oriented
− Financial understanding
− Basic understand on shopper marketing
