You will be responsible for managing our social media networks (currently Meta, TikTok, and YouTube) and executing digital projects in line with the campaign strategies defined by the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to meet performance KPIs.
Analyze campaign performance daily; provide insights and implement data driven optimizations.
Collaborate with the product and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to platform best practices.
Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and evolving best practices across key platforms.
Coordinate with the E-commerce and TikTok teams to implement conversion-focused offsite campaigns and TikTok Shop ads.
Ensure proper tracking and attribution by managing pixel setups and integrations with e-commerce systems.
Monitor and manage social media pages; respond to community messages and interactions in a timely manner.
Analyze digital performance and generate actionable reports to inform optimizations
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on paid social campaigns and performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing paid ads on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
Familiarity with the digital beauty landscape is a bonus.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics...
Well organize, Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Comfortable with new technologies and digital tools, with a full understanding of how digital channels and social media work from setup to execution
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, E-commerce performance metrics and performance tracking via pixels and UTM parameters.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
