About the Role
As a Culture & Engagement Executive at Cake – Digital Bank, you will help to deliver meaningful employee experiences that bring a vibrant culture to Cakers. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating connections, organizing exciting events, and telling inspiring stories.
You will be the heart behind our internal engagement efforts, coordinating across teams, supporting internal communications, and making every workday feel more “Cake”.
Job Responsibilities
1. Employee Activities Implementation – The Onsite Runner
Goal: Enhance employee experience through engaging and culture-driven events.
•Coordinate the execution of key staff activities:
oSpecial Treat-ons (Tet, Mid-Autumn, Women’s Day, Men’s Day…)
oEngagement Programs (Energizing Station, Sports Clubs, Mini Challenges…)
oYearly Cultural Events (Company Trip, Year-End Party, Welcome Day…)
•Work closely with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth event logistics.
•Be the main contact and onsite coordinator during events.
2. Internal Communications Support
Goal: Strengthen internal connection and transparency through effective communication.
•Support the production of internal newsletters and themed campaigns.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share stories of our people and milestones.
•Develop and manage internal communication channels (email, posters, chat platforms, etc.).
3.nOperations, Reporting
Goal: Ensure efficiency, measurement, and continuous improvement.
•Track event timelines, checklists, and execution.
•Collect and report on KPIs such as participation, engagement level, and feedback.
•Support Labor Union activities and employee welfare programs.
•Take charge of administrative tasks as assigned, supporting the overall operations
•2+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal events, or internal communications.
•Stay updated on the latest trends in young culture, engagement strategies, and employer branding.
•Passion for people and culture with strong organizational skills.
•Great teamwork and communication skills.
•Comfortable working with vendors and coordinating logistics.
•Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
•Adaptable and detail-oriented.
•A 13th-month wage and up to 3 months of performance-based bonus (year-end bonus).
•Laptops and other needed devices are currently supplied to all employees.
•BE Corp budget (depending on your level, from 2 million VNĐ) is allocated for using services such as transportation, food, and passenger car bookings in Be application.
•Annual health checks and premium medical healthcare (PTI) after probation.
•15 days of annual leave is applied for the entire employees.
•Company trips, team-building activities, and happy hour events are organized on a quarterly or annual basis
