DAY-TO-DAY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Content Development for the Training Department, you will play a pivotal role in creating customized content for our training programs. Your responsibilities include:

E-learning courses (60%)
- Collaborate with experts to design structured learning curriculums and develop scripts for e-learning lectures
- Create and refine e-learning course materials, including training decks, workbooks, and exercises
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless content delivery

Offline courses (30%)
- Design customized training programs based on clients' learning objectives and industry needs
- Develop high-quality learning materials, including training decks, workbooks, and assessments
- Assist instructors as a training facilitator, ensuring effective course delivery and learner engagement

Other responsibilities (10%)
- Conduct post-training evaluations and feedback analysis to measure learning effectiveness
- Stay updated on learning trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and training
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to enhance learning experiences

Yêu cầu công việc

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Min 2 years of experience in or e-learning content development or corporate training design
- Exceptional skills in scriptwriting, and content structuring with a passion for creating impactful training programs
- Strong multitasking ability, with a can-do attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese, with proficiency in English being a plus

- Knowledge of instructional design principles or experience working alongside instructional designers
- Proficiency in learning management systems or eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Background in visual content creation or familiarity with design tools
