· Approach and develop external Japanese customers.

· Cooperate with the Air Consolidation Operation team to identify and develop potential Japanese clients for lightweight cargo.

· Support the Air Consolidation Operation team in handling general and heavyweight cargo.

· Build and maintain a prospect list to ensure proactive business development.

· Maintain and develop relationships with newly acquired customers.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to departmental revenue growth.

· Improve and contribute to sales strategy and best practices for account management.

· Provide high-quality customer service and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.

· Negotiate rates with clients based on company pricing guidelines to maximize profits.

· Manage and control profit/loss for assigned customer accounts.

· Represent the company and its policies to clients in a professional manner.

· Conduct sales presentations to customers and business communities to promote company services.

· Support team members when necessary.
