Accounting Senior Section Leader / Trưởng Bộ Phận Cấp Cao Bộ Phận Kế Toán - Work In Quang Nam - Reporting Work To Singapore

1. Reporting work to Singapore.

2. Ensure that the monthly inventory valuation for Raw material, Work in progress & Finished goods is recognized correctly.

3. Review the freight cost analysis.

4. Ensure intercompany related transactions are correct and liaise with counterparty to resolve issues if any.

5. Ensure that intercompany transactions are as per the terms of the agreed contracts.

6. Support and provide guidance on e-invoicing matters.

7. Support on transfer pricing matters.

8. Review entries and work performed by the teams on Sales , inventory , Intercompany and Costing.

9. Work with production and logistic on inventory / costing related matters.

10. Work closely with the team and various departments to resolve issues and improvement plan.

11. Perform month-end closing and year-end closing processes.

12. Organizer for the annual stock count.

13. Support on transfer pricing issues.

14. Support on the various audits (e.g. custom audit).

15. Review and provide suggestion on areas of improvement and controls.

16. Support assignment of ad hoc projects as required.
